Experience the unique sound world of throat singing, an incredible historical vocal technique using eerie harmonics, overtones and ‘chest voice’, with the world’s leading exponent, Huun-Huur-Tu.

Their programme, ‘Odugen Taiga’ (‘The wild forest is our homeland’), will take you through the stunning landscapes of Tuva, mixing a cappella singing with traditional instruments, and fusing the haunting melodies of traditional ancient Tuvan folklore with modern-day songs.

In addition, Huun-Huur-Tu will be joined by world beatboxing champions The Beatbox Collective, offering an exclusive opportunity to witness traditional haunting melodies from the East going head to head with contemporary sounds from the West, showcasing the unbelievable capabilities of the human voice.

Please note that this concert will take place at LSO St Luke's.
